Pilates is suitable for everyone!
Working within our own ability without judgment, together we shall build strength, flexibility, lengthen our muscles and strengthen our core all the while standing tall! Toning the whole body.
 
Throughout the classes we shall build and progress movements to provide a varying workout for the whole body.  We shall improve posture and strength and recognise and use our mind to body connection.
 
As a beginner your work pace will be slow and controlled and as you progress your pace will naturally increase.
